Minor Forum Updates

Over the past few weeks we had an issue reported by various guilds that they could not post a forum topic or reply using FireFox because the editor would not load properly. We have corrected this issue by converting the forums to use popups for posting and editing instead of inline in the page like before. This eliminated all of the issues that custom themes conflicting with the editor. It also makes posting a bit smoother and a better user experience. Give it a whirl for yourself and give us any feedback you may have to improve upon it.
